Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm not offended easily as long as it's clear that the behavior is IC for the character, but flippant discussion and glorifying of alcoholism, drug abuse, prejudice and/or discrimination or other personal topics like that are not something I'm comfortable with playing out without first talking it out. If it crosses a line, I'll let you know and I hope you will do the same.

Basics: He is a seer in a 1950s retrofuturistic world were magic is seen as "science" if it can be studied and seen as an abomination if it can't, to the point that even supernatural beings often hide themselves to avoid scrunity and superstitious prejudice. He works as a financial advisor who works remotely but receiving items from shady clients and using the visions he gets from them to provide them financial information.
35, 5'10", pansexual. He has long white, wavy hair that is often kept in a braid. Heterochromia. One eye is purple, the other is a grey blue with yellow flecks. As an anima he has the features of a Deer, with antlers, pointed ears, and a nose that resembles the rhinarium of a deer. Slender in build, but also soft. Not the muscular type. Casual and unconcerned demeanor. Looks so easy going that at times he comes across apathetic. Wears very loose clothing that look baggy on him but very soft materials. He's all about the personal comfort. His personality is very hedonistic, caring about pleasure and fun and ready to completely ignore things he doesn't care about in the world in favor of his own interests.

metaheroes, he also has a human disguise he wears to move about without incident should he need it.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go right ahead! Ulari does have some built up training against telepathy/mind reading, so surface thoughts will be noticeable, but anything deeper will need to be talked about.
SIGHT OPT-IN: Ulari has the ability to see visions of a person's past, present, or future, through touch. He can can them personally, or he can touch a sentimental item with his bare hands. These visions come in the form of images, sounds, smells, and even memories. The more concrete the images and sounds, the more they feel like he's watching an interactive high-def television and the Certain that that future or very close to it will occur. If you are okay with some flavor of Sight, please let me know. if you do not opt-in, then none of this will occur for your character.
